Sathwagreen Organics ships orders across India through trusted courier partners. Shipping and handling charges are displayed during checkout depending on product weight, packaging requirements, and delivery location. Most orders are generally dispatched within two to three working days, although processing time may extend to five to seven days during festival seasons, sales, or periods of high order volume. Delivery timelines depend entirely on the customer’s pin code and the corresponding courier service’s operational capabilities. Customers receive an email or SMS with the tracking number once the order is shipped.
All products are packed securely using tamper-proof materials to ensure safe delivery. If the delivery package appears torn, damaged, or tampered with, customers are advised not to accept it and to inform us immediately. Orders placed on Saturdays after noon, on Sundays, or on national holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. If a shipment is marked as delivered but the customer has not received it, a delivery dispute must be reported within twenty-four hours for further investigation. Complaints regarding missing items, damages, or shortages must also be reported within twenty-four hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos and an unboxing video. In some locations, reverse pickup may not be available, in which case the customer must return the product through a standard courier service and share the shipping receipt. Products with more than three months of remaining expiry are not eligible for return; products with less than three months of validity may be considered for refunds or replacements upon verification.
