Payment Policy

Sathwagreen Organics supports secure online payments through credit cards, debit cards, UPI platforms including Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm, and bank net banking options. All payments are processed through the trusted Razorpay gateway, which uses encrypted technology to ensure safety. During a card payment, the customer must provide accurate details such as the sixteen-digit card number, card expiry date, and CVV code. For UPI payments, a valid UPI ID or registered mobile number is required. Once a successful payment is completed, the transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment made to Sathwagreen Organics or to the registered proprietor.

If a payment is debited from your account but the order does not appear as confirmed on the website, customers must immediately contact customer support with the transaction reference number, the amount, mobile number, email address, and date and time of payment. We will verify the payment with the gateway and ensure that either the order is processed or a refund is initiated as per banking timelines. Your payment information is handled and protected strictly by the payment gateway, and we do not store card numbers or UPI details on our systems.
